The Orca Alpha graphic is designed as warpaint. A top tier wetsuit for a pro or the seasoned competitor. It uses premium Yamamoto neoprene and has a low panel count giving huge flexibility around the arms, shoulders and back.
The original concept for the Alpha was that it was number one - in any language. A bold statement that was actually true thanks to athletes getting podiums at the right times. Earlier versions of the Alpha had Alpha male and Alpha female logos. A play on personalities who want to e number one.
On this version, the arm pattern is mirrored on each side but the right arm changes to black on black to show off the race pedigree of the suit - a series of icons indicating the tech used in the suit. The icons denote neoprene quality, lining quality, SCS coating quality and buoyancy tech.
The Orca Alpha 1.5 is specifically designed for the triathlon swim distance and for speed. The 1.5 name refers to the swim distance in a triathlon - 1.5 km.
